The Philosophy of Randy
Living an Authentic Life
For me, living authentically means understanding myself, acting with integrity, and taking responsibility for how I treat people. My philosophy comes from the life I have lived and the understanding I continue to develop.
Learning from influence
My father, my mother, and my mentors helped me see possibilities. Their guidance gave me a foundation. Applying what they taught me—and deciding my own direction—became my responsibility.
Faith and reflection
Prayer and meditation are part of my daily practice. My faith in God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit helps guide how I reflect, make decisions, and understand my journey.
Integrity in daily life
I want my actions to reflect what I believe. That includes being honest with myself, slowing down before reacting, and honoring the commitments I make.
Encouraging others
I taught my children to dream and find their own authenticity. I want my influence to offer that same encouragement to others while respecting their individuality.
My stories and sayings give expression to this philosophy. I share them in the hope that they invite you to reflect on your own experiences and possibilities.
